Marketing Director

What we are looking for

We are looking for Marketing Director who will drive our brand positioning marketing strategy and any campaigns to reach and engage our target audiences. You will also manage a small passionate team and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as sales product tech and business development. You will have overall responsibility for the marketing budget and report directly to the CEO.

What does the job involve

• Come up with a comprehensive marketing strategy based on deep insights into pain points of Mums our current offerings the competitive landscape and the overall company strategy
• Manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are wellcoordinated and aligned with overall company goals
• Lead and mentor a team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing

Qualifications

• Youre passionate about empowering women and families.
• You have been a driver of strong growth in the past. Healthcare and/or startup experience are a plus.
• You are able to elaborate a coherent marketing strategy incl. target KPIs and budget and able to break this plan down into digestible initiatives and campaigns.
• You are a fast executor supporting your team handson. You are constantly testing and pushing initiatives that yield maximum impact.
• You have experience managing a small team and enjoy collaborating closely with other functions. You are a strong motivator and communicator.
• Youre driven by ambition and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Your eagerness to learn adapt and push boundaries sets you apart as you constantly seek new ways to drive results and exceed expectations.
• You maintain a humble approach valuing the collective impact of the team and fostering a culture of respect and support.
