Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tour Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on promoting our travel packages engaging with customers and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and networking.
o Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
o Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote tour packages across various channels (social media email website print).
o Monitor and optimize marketing efforts based on performance data.
o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
o Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage repeat business.
o Conduct research on travel trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to inform product development.
o Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
o Track and report on sales performance including conversion rates customer feedback and marketing campaign effectiveness.
o Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
o Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours.
o Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
o Attend travel expos trade shows and networking events to promote services and build industry relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.

Sales Revenue: Total sales generated from new and existing customers.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into bookings.
