Job Description


  • Handling inbound customer queries via email, telephone and chat
  • Setting up and executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Travel to events and conferences around the world: present at stands and work on face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and senior stakeholders
  • Conducting research on potential customers
  • Collaborate directly on campaigns with the marketing team
  • Generating a multi-million pound sales pipeline
  • Identifying prospects and market trends
  • Helping define processes and policies for the team
  • Maintain contact with new and existing customers, set up and attend meetings, and actively map accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Accurately create, update and maintain leads for global opportunities
