manage, qualify and coach a team of Therapy Area Specialists / Pharmaceutical Representatives and thus be responsible for the consistent further development of the team,
implement the company and business unit strategy in a region,
develop an individual sales strategy taking into account all the general conditions in the region and including the annual planning of all activities,
actively shape new sales channels,
Create business plans and take responsibility for the budget,
Develop and implement standards in customer project management and manage strategic account plans,
Ensure that employees’ visits to target physicians from the general practitioner, specialist and clinical areas are achieved,
plan and implement regional projects and training concepts tailored to customer needs,
work together proactively and across departments in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate strengths:
a degree in business administration or natural sciences or as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d),
Many years of experience in supporting specialists in clinics and in private practice as a field representative,
Experience in the indication or in other specialty care areas or in specialist medical care,
several years of experience as a manager with expertise in field service management through the use of suitable tools,
strong teamwork and communication skills,
flexible action and corresponding mobility,
Very good MS Office skills and language skills in German and English.
