Job Description

  • About the job

    Main scope of the position:

  • Presents and negotiates the main points of agreements with clients.
  • Develops accounting plan activities for target accounts and helps coordinate account sales tactics with brand sales resources.
  • Performs consistent implementation of recovery-related account strategy across the sales organization for target accounts.
  • Helps prioritize account projects/initiatives that meet changing customer and market requirements.
  • Ensures that the account contracting process for all managed care sales is up-to-date, as well as the accuracy of contract clauses such as key transaction terms, discount rates, administrative fees, procurement details, or composition information.
  • Supports communication with brand team managers and representatives and sales personnel in managed markets regarding appropriate account-specific programs, activities and messaging.
  • Accurately and timely communicate information regarding bid deadlines, processes and requirements and Proactively identify account issues and challenges.
  • Comply with the standards and procedures that apply to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System of the Southern Cone Cluster.
  • Report any quality events and complaints related to AstraZeneca products in accordance with applicable local procedures.
  • Develop B2B strategies with the Chilean private sector.
  • Communicates and interacts with working groups that interact directly with patients and patient associations and disseminates the sense of urgency among them.
  • Participate in regular and/or ad hoc meetings with the access and patient department, in order to update and plan measures that adapt to the needs of patients.

  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roles such as KAM
  • Experience with the B2B model
