Job Description

  • This role is responsible for managing the territory's medical panels, guaranteeing the delivery of consistent and convincing information to our clients, in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines, i
  • n order to generate formulations of AstraZeneca products and ensure the fulfillment of corporate goals.
  • Requirements for the role




  • Professional in business administration, health careers and/or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Representative managing the Oncology portfolio.
  • Strategic planning, needs detection, achievement of objectives, achievement orientation
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Goal fulfillment
  • Management of the Office package
  • Patient support program.

  • Main responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct sales interviews with physicians in order to publicize advantages, features and benefits of AstraZeneca products to generate their use in approved indications.
  • Maintain an optimal level of knowledge of oncology products in order to provide clients with a high level of quality in the technical-scientific information that is delivered verbally.
  • Collaborate in the logistics of events aimed at doctors in order to guarantee timeliness in the dissemination of information and satisfaction of attendees.
  • Establish action plans for panel doctors in accordance with the marketing strategy.
  • Implement a cycle action plan generated by Product Management for each of the cycles in order to guarantee compliance with the company's goals.
  • Comply with and monitor the established management indicators and, if not met, generate the respective action plans in order to meet the stated objectives.
  • Detect the needs of the territory and generate action plans that guarantee compliance with the stated objectives.
