Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their technical capabilities.
- Act as a technical consultant to clients, analyzing their requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Provide technical support to clients and the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with product development teams to customize solutions and address client needs.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
- Gather market feedback and insights to inform product development efforts.
- Train sales team on the technical aspects of our offerings.
