Job Description
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region and territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs and deliver value.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Represent MCS at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
