- Collaborate with the head chef to plan and organize kitchen activities.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met. - Monitor kitchen workflow and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants. - Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to kitchen team members.

- Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, and improvements to existing recipes.
