Summary:
The incumbent primary responsibility is to oversee and nurture relationships with most important clients. You will work closely with key customers internal teams and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Your strategic thinking leadership skills and ability to analyze market trends will contribute to the success of key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Develops and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understands the specific needs and requirements of each key account and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing their inquiries concerns and requests on time.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborates with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies for the business segment.
- Identifies opportunities for growth within existing key accounts as well as potential new accounts.
- Analyzes market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Revenue Generation:
- Sets sales targets for the key account unit and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
- Implements effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Monitors sales performance closely identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
Leadership and Support:
- Provides leadership and guidance to the sales team within the key account unit.
- Fosters a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
- Trains and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and capabilities.
Internal Stakeholders Collaboration:
- Coordinates with marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Participates in crossfunctional meetings and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing.
- 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong understanding of poultry market dynamics including customer preferences industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using merchandising software and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 4-6 years experience in the same field, Proven experience in retail merchandising, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
