Summary:
The Key Accounts Senior Supervisor is responsible of overseeing and managing key client relationships within the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of key account management principles. The Senior Supervisor will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the satisfaction growth and retention of key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing issues and resolving challenges.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products/services.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of account managers providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set development goals for team members.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess account performance and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare regular reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Make datadriven recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and account profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 79 years proven experience in key account management or a similar role preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using merchandising software and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 4-6 years experience in the same field, Proven experience in retail merchandising, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
