Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Certifications or training courses in sales management or related field are an added advantage.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct a sales team, including setting tasks, providing direction, and evaluating performance.
Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and the work team, and deal with customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Sales Management: Ability to organize and manage selling activities within the outlet, ensuring that set sales targets are achieved.
Planning and organization: Skills in organizing and arranging sales operations, inventory management, and coordinating daily activities in the outlet.
