Health club supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in sports science, health administration, or related field. Training certificates or additional studies in health club management are an added advantage.

Operations Management: The ability to organize and manage all aspects of the health club, including oversight of equipment, activities, and customer services.

Dealing with customers: Skills in providing excellent customer service, and dealing with inquiries and complaints in a positive and professional manner.

Team Management: The ability to lead and direct a work team, including training and developing employees, and evaluating performance.
