Role Description:
The Property Management Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as property management, lease administration, customer service, sales, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that work requests are responded to promptly and followed up as necessary.
- Attend or delegate site visits to accurately identify the work to be carried out.
- Comply with and propose developments for existing systems, procedures, and work practices.
- Prepare and executtion the approved monthly lease payments schedule.
- Act as a focal contact point for Property Services queries for all staff
- Responsible for ensuring clients are kept up to date regarding the status of repairs already requested and confirmation of anticipated completion dates
- Assist with management of the department’s administration, ensuring accurate records are maintained and all data is stored safely and accurately
- Take part in meetings as required and reporting to management, keeping them informed of all developments
- Manage the department database.
- Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Advanced English skills (writing & speaking).
- Hands on experience with Ejar platform.
- Ability to review number and contracts.
- Good with Microsoft office and Microsoft dynamic 365.
- Flexibility to work after working hours depending on the business demand.
