Job Description

  • Drive brand awareness and increase sales by developing and implementing comprehensive advertising and promotional plans.
  • Develop marketing materials promotions and campaigns by collaborating with crossfunctional teams including sales product and creative teams.
  • Identify opportunities and adjust strategies by monitoring market trends conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations in advertising and promotional materials by managing advertising budgets negotiating contracts with vendors and managing vendor contracts.
  • Reach target audiences and drive engagement by utilizing various advertising channels including print digital and social media
  • Conduct an analysis and measurement of advertising and promotional campaigns and make improvements based on the data.
  • Support to supervise and mentor promotions and advertising team members giving feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Understand promotion goals better by collaborating with senior marketing and other managers.
  • Assist in development of promotional and marketing policies.
  • Deals to encourage target market purchases by developing promotions.
  • Ensure promotions reach consumers in a timely manner by being organize and strategies promotion
  • Ensure an efficient and effective promotional service by working within budgetary constraints



Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management advertising or promotions.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive advertising and promotional plans.
  • Strong understanding of market research consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience in managing advertising budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various advertising channels including print digital and social media.
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and improve advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills to supervise and guide team members.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including sales product and creative teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills to ensure timely and efficient promotional activities.
