Professional Services Consultant

We are working with a Tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Professional Services Consultant to join their Malaysia team.

The Professional Services Consultant delivers configurable solutions for customers and partners serving as a subject matter expert in product configuration and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and configure solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Document customerspecific configurations and handle installations in onpremise or cloud environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
• Proficient in SQL Server including scripting (SQL PL/SQL ASP.NET).
• Experience in software development architecture and enterprise application services.
• Familiarity with AP AR Payroll HR or related workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of companys products or similar solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel and work alternative shifts as needed.
