Job Description
We are working with a Tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Professional Services Consultant to join their Malaysia team.
The Professional Services Consultant delivers configurable solutions for customers and partners serving as a subject matter expert in product configuration and customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and configure solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Document customerspecific configurations and handle installations in onpremise or cloud environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficient in SQL Server including scripting (SQL PL/SQL ASP.NET).
- Experience in software development architecture and enterprise application services.
- Familiarity with AP AR Payroll HR or related workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of companys products or similar solutions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel and work alternative shifts as needed.
