Job Responsibilities:
- Develop every sales opportunity that can arise
- Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions
- Perform daily stock take and sales reports
- Respect support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
- Support events activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team
- Promote CRM activities
- Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness safety security etc
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewellery or highend luxury retail industry
- Sales and resultedoriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated team player positive thinker creative and effective
- High integrity with good ethics and values
