Our client is a MNC automotive company and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Human Resource Executive. This is a HR generalist role and the incumbent will support the Head of Human Resource in all matters related to HR but not limited to the following:
- Maintain accurate staff database and generate the required reports including staff movements like confirmations transfers promotion and resignation.
- Leave administration such staff leave and medical records administration and ensure accuracy in the HR system.
- Training administration for employees such as update training records and track training evaluation forms.
- Assist in conducting and arranging interviews follow up generate offer letters and new joiners onboarding.
- Performance Appraisals administration tracking monitoring compilation of datas and including issuance of staff confirmation and salary adjustment letters
- Benefits administration & review and may recommend proposals for improvements.
- Insurance administration monitor tracking submission of claims renewal and compliance.
- Handle expatriate matters such as work permit application tenancy administration school and liaise with appointed agencies monitor & track for renewal.
- Custodian and governance of HR policies and practices and ensure compliance within the organisation. May recommend improvement where applicable.
- Involved in staff engagement activities and handle staff enquiries on HR related matters.
- Involvement in adhoc local and regional projects .
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of HR experience working in a MNC company environment wil be an advantage.
- Well versed with local HR labour laws and HR best practices.
- Familiar with SAP HR or other HR systems application.
- Posses good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Candidate must have cando attitude a team player a fast learner can work independently.
