Job Description
This candidate will be responsible for prospecting qualifying and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
What youll do:
- Renewal Specialist handle renewal sales enquiries engage with new and existing customers and ensure smooth renewals by collaborating with various internal teams.
- Support in Maintenance Sales Development in software maintenance renewal and education software provides regular engagement and communication.
- Follow up and ensure Customer Registration on Maintenance related program and activities (such as Webinars Workshops and Events).
- Provide maintenance enablement awareness for active maintenance customers (such as walkthrough and onboarding of Maintenance Benefits and Entitlements).
- Build relationship with customer & responsible in addressing customer technical support issues while working closely with tech support team.
Requirements
We believe that to be successful in this role you will need:
- Candidate possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of related working experience as inside sales admin customer service.
- Possesses excellent written and oral in English and malay skill.
