Responsibilities
- Create new customer opportunities by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- To support Business Development Manager in all sales and business development activities.
- Developed new application by using companys existing products and new product development.
- Provide monthly business report on activities and results of business unit.
- Outstanding and payment collection monitoring and support.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and company.
- Resolving customers issues and anticipating customers changes and improvements.
- To maximize profit by upselling or crossselling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress goals and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal crossfunctional teams in supporting customers.
- Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
- Excel in Microsoft office in preparing data analysis on market pricing and products.
- Preparing and updates weekly reports and monthly sales report on project pipelines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of industrial solution implementations
- Minimum of 2 years of field level industrial solution sales and preferable have experience in speckingin coldcalling new company and products introductions and visitation
- Excellent communication in English Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Positives and proactive attitude which always smile and never afraid of failure.
- Analytical and always provide ideas of breakthrough
- Excel in Microsoft office in preparing data analysis on market pricing and products.
- Able to communicate well with others when work in a team.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation and visits customer within the allocated territories.
Remuneration
Basic up to MYR 8000 (Depending on experience) Commission
