Responsibilities

• Perpetual/Futures Contract Product Design: Lead the design and development of all product modules for mainstream cryptocurrency perpetual and futures contracts including account management order matching order placement market data liquidation ADL (AutoDeleveraging) settlement funding fees referral programs and management dashboards
• Quantitative Tools Product Design: Develop quantitative tools for retail users including grid trading futures arbitrage copy trading and funding fee arbitrage
• Operational Tools Design: Design operational tools for multilevel agent systems agent backend systems bonus systems bonus screening risk control and recovery strategies
• Liquidity Management: Lead the internal quant team in marketmaking for contracts establish liquidity metrics design liquidity monitoring schemes and develop hedging strategies such as A/B book hedging and net position hedging
• Perpetual Contract Risk Management: Identify and address risk points in perpetual contracts including profit tracking withdrawal audits abnormal trading asset reconciliation contract bonus screening hedging losses and liquidation processes and develop comprehensive solutions

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Economics Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in product management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry with a focus on perpetual and futures contracts
• Strong understanding of financial markets trading systems and risk management. Proficiency in quantitative tools and trading algorithms
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design effective risk management and liquidity strategies
• A proactive and innovative approach to product development with the ability to anticipate market trends and user needs
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
