Job Description
- Assist in supervising the daily operation of the Group Finance Department
- Closing and preparation of monthly management accounts for the company
- Gathering information from other subsidiaries
- Oversee investment holding company and review drafting accounts
- Checking of payment vouchers journal vouchers staff claims transaction creditor s invoices and all GL transactions keyed in
- Preparation of quarterly tax computation and tax estimates for the company
- Assisting in preparation of management reporting and Group consolidation of Group accounts
- Monitoring of Group s and Company s funding requirement and movement of funds
- Liaison with auditors and drafting of audited financial statements of the Group and subsidiaries
- Drafting semi dormant/dormant or journal
Requirements
- Candidate with Professional Qualification (ACCA) or recognized Accounting Degree
- 34 years related working experience preferably with audit background
- able to work independently with minimum supervision
- good interpersonal analytical and report writing skills
