Position: Business Development Manager

Oxydata Software is a Malaysian owned company with offices in Petaling Jaya Hyderabad and Bangalore. We specialize in IT Staff Augmentation (IT Contracting Services) Permanent Hiring Offshore/Remote Development services and IT Managed Services
YOUR ROLE:
- Specifically in charge of business development for Talent Augmentation and IT Managed Services
- Achieve sales goals with exceptional inperson interactions and phone sales.
- Creating sales leads and starting interactions with potential clients
- Building continuing relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities by outbound phoning leads that have been developed internally or externally.
- Manage and grow the prospect database for the business.
- Contact current clients on a regular basis to follow up and grow the business through cross and upselling.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and boost sales within the Existing Clients.
- Perform all the business development tasks that management or the organization has assigned you with.
REQUIREMENT
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of working experience in sales particularly IT Staff Augmentation with technical understanding.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business IT or a related discipline.
- Proven sales track record in selling Staff Augmentation / Managed Services in Malaysia
- Effective sales networking or the capacity to locate potential clients to market our IT services.
- Must be selfmotivated possess great interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team environment while providing exceptional customer service and communicating with individuals at all levels.
- Be able to close deals by using hunting sales qualities.
- The ability to work independently and under pressure as well as good organizational and supervisory skills are requirements.
- Must be selfmotivated with strong interpersonal skills good negotiation skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service skills. Speak and write English proficiently and have engaging communication abilities.
- Own Transportation and have a current drivers license.
