Working as a Travel Reservations Specialist your ultimate goal is to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service to ensure all High Net Worth Members have the best experience.

In this role you will liaise directly with APAC/PACIFIC customers to facilitate all of their ground transportation requirements. You will handle a high volume of calls as well as emails and engage with HighNet Worth members to understand their requirements and complete the reservation process.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent language skills in professional English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese in written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times
• Dedication to customer satisfaction show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problemsolving skills
• Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
• Ability to work independently in a team and perform well with little supervision
• High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment
• Previous experience working in the travel industry as well as customer service handling a high volume of calls would be an added advantage
