Sales and Marketing Manager

• Responsible for activities of the development projects and achieving overall sales and marketing function in order to reach company s sales targets.
  
• In charge of research and develop marketing opportunities to plan and implementing new sales plans and marketing strategies.
  
• Ensure that all policies activities and procedures are implemented as required by the system for property development.
  
• Create and implement content for marketing initiatives public relations communication and marketing collaterals.
  
• Ensure utilization within budget by preparing and manage marketing budge.
  
• Recruit train coach and manage sales and marketing teams to meet sales target and department operations.
  
• Responsible for research and trend analysis to ensure project s market competitiveness appropriate marketing and sales strategies best pricing strategies and formulation of effective marketing plans to meet expectations.
  
• Create and develop marketing and sales campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of each sales activity or campaign such as organizing on site event or roadshow.
  
• Create strong differentiation products through market research and benchmarking.
  
• Drive online leads and plan digital marketing activities such as arranging digital marketing campaigns and manage social media platforms with content marketing and visual.
  
• Coordinate and develop marketing activities such as events PR and advertising.
  
• Ensure reports and sales data are timely updated.
  
• Reports to Sales and Marketing HOD on marketing operations and daytoday sales.
  
• Plan and develop company marketing and communication materials update latest product pricing when needed and prepare marketing collaterals such as sales kit brochures banners digital marketing video etc.
  
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain customers database
  
• Develop a network of customers by conduct canvassing calls on regular basis
  
• Maintain effective communication with bankers lawyers and enforcement personnel.
  
• Undertakes other tasks from superior as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in marketing business administration digital marketing business management real estate management or any businessrelated field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in property industry and 3 years in managerial role with high rise experience.
  
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu English and Mandarin as the role requires to interact with Mandarin speaker clients.
  
• High computer literacy especially in Microsoft office.
  
• Good understanding in property market would be an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical organizational creative thinking skills with excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
• Capable to work independently with high level of selfintegrity.
  
• Selfmotivated aggressive mobile positive thinking and have team spirit.
  
• Willing to travel or work on weekends and public holidays.
