Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor and above degree, engineering education background is preferred.
- Familiar with factory operation process, know the normal order handling and production planning methods and KPI.
- Familiar with export procedure.
- Good data analysis and statistics ability, can find and analyze the issue, identify potential risk and find solution.
- At least 3-5 years order handling or production planning experience in foreign company, better if ever used lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead or participate the optimization task
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge.
