Job Description
Linum Consult’s client is urgently seeking a Transport Service Planning Expert to develop and implement Mobility and Service Plans to improve First and Last Mile (FLM) solutions for better accessibility to rail stations. ROLE • Assisting in the identification and development of strategies for FLM access to metro, tram, and commuter rail stations • Reviewing and suggesting improvements to existing FLM service plans • Preparing mobility plans for station catchment areas and identify appropriate FLM modes • Preparing procurement documents for FLM services • Creating project reports detailing infrastructure requirements, concept studies, user analysis, and cost-benefit analysis for FLM services • Coordinating and reviewing FLM service planning work from operators • Participating in public outreach programs to promote FLM solutions
