JOB PURPOSE: You will be pivotal in shaping MATAR’s future by identifying, engaging and attracting top-tier talent to fulfill the staffing needs of the organisation. Leveraging various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and digital recruiting platforms. Identify new sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across diverse roles. You will contribute to the company’s growth and success by ensuring a continuous influx of talent aligned with MATAR’s values, culture and strategic objectives. ACCOUNTABILITIES: § Develop and coordinate effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, that promote diversity and inclusion, aiming to attract a wide range of candidates from different backgrounds § Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche and hard to fill roles § Leverage multiple sourcing channels and develop a talent pool community for the orgnanisation § Conduct thorough market mapping to identify, engage diverse talent pools, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing by understanding the availability of talent across different regions and industries § Utilise various networking platforms and digital/social networking tools to attract and connect with potential candidates § Interact with potential candidates on niche platforms to build an engaged network of industry professionals § Participate in career fairs and organise job fairs to promote our employer brand § Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles with a focus on enhancing the diversity of our workforce. § Review applications and candidate profiles in order to pre-screen potential candidates § Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements and use feedback to refine sourcing strategies § Send engaging and personalised communication to reach out to potential candidates § Establish referral systems in order to develop a strong pipeline across all roles § Record candidate information in our ATS and other internal databases and manage candidate and hiring manager experience § Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires § Conduct regular market research to inform hiring decisions § Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as time in process, time to hire and fill. § Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department Qualifications
