Job Description

Summary: Al Jazeera Media Network are currently looking to hire a Governance Specialist who will be responsible for the analysis and implementation of Technology and Network Operations Processes/Procedures, KPIs and SLAs as per the established Quality framework and standards which will improve the overall performance and increase the productivity of the Technology and Network Operations Division. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and implement the Technology and Network Operations division processes/procedures as per the Technology quality framework in joint collaboration with different process owners. • Analyze the process performance metrics according to set KPIs and objectives and accordingly optimize the business processes and procedures for the ensuring the continuity and increasing the efficiency. • Incorporate industry standards and best practices within the Quality Framework including ISO 9000, CMMI and other applicable standards. • Implement the requirements for the process automation to maximize the entire Technology and Network Operations efficiency. • Analyze internal and external audits findings related to quality and processes within Division and ensure the resolution of any observations with the concerned parties. • Prepare dashboard reporting related to division performance KPIs. The Ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or related field. ITIL Foundation. • Experience in IT domain preferably in Broadcast or Telecommunication industry desired, • Experience in Process Engineering and Performance management preferred, • Knowledge on Business Process development and re‐engineering, • Knowledge on Quality standards and frameworks, • Understanding of ISO 9001, CMMI
