As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on client needs and preferences - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and feedback to management Requirements: - Must be reliable and confident in dealing with clients - Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client needs efficiently - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a client support role is required - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
