Job Description

You will be responsible for optimizing Procurement operations via enhancing existing tools and processes, automating tasks in order to facilitate Procurement workstream. The role is pivotal in developing and designing the underlying data structures to enable automated Procurement reporting. The job focuses on supporting category managers to improve their outcomes and maximizing the use of new reporting capability, data and insight. Furthermore, the job collaborates with wider GBS and service line leaders to implement sustainable process improvements which improve process performance against internal measures, drive process performance against external world class benchmarks and ensure professional service quality. Responsible for Sourcing team reporting, single point of contact for tools and sourcing related system enhancements. Administrator and Super User of the sourcing systems. Accountabilities • Review current processes and identify future state digital solutions. • Develop automated data structures in co-ordination with service line teams to enable operational transparency within shared services • Automate reporting and development of automated dashboard across Sourcing using either Power BI, Tableau, existing systems or developing other tools to develop operational transparency and improve reporting accuracy and productivity. • Work independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement reports. • Single point of contact for tools and sourcing related system enhancements. • Lead the sourcing improvement forum within the Procurement and Logistics department and coordinate deliverables. • Redesign, maintain and manage Procurement SharePoint, including access management. • Coordinate and manage preparation of reports and presentations by the wider Procurement team for the senior and executive management. • Lead performance analysis and discovery with category managers to develop and implement performance improvements achieve improvement objectives. • Act as single point of contact for BI team for improvements, enhancements as well as cooperate with the BI to ensure database compliance when creating Procurement driven BI dashboards. • Monitor and analyze processes for opportunities to improve through the use of CASE principles (Centralize, Automate, Simplify, Eliminate). • Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures regarding the use, processing, disclosure and security of any information (in any form) and ensure that all staff under my direct supervision are aware of and comply. • Consult the Group’s Data Protection Officer in matters related to data protection and privacy as appropriate. Qualifications About you You will possess: Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience. • Experience of developing data structures, designing automated data feeds for data structure development • Experience with all phases of the reporting lifecycle, ability to manage overall process from logging business requests through to their delivery into production including specification, prioritization, development and quality control. • Experience in managing and coordinating data structure and report releases from development, testing and deployment to production. • Experience in developing dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. • Experience of developing detailed performance reporting, visual management, executive dashboards and insight-based analytics • Process engineering or Lean Six Sigma experience • Strong problem investigation skillset supported by extensive experience in process root cause and cause/effect analysis and solution development/deployment • Able to identify and make process improvement recommendations and plan for and implementation of new processes. • Must have functional experience in systems re-engineering, finance shared services or Business • Data analysis interpretation and evaluation of reports • Proven experience in process optimization / transformation in order to increase process efficiency, reduce time-to-market & support scalability • First class collaboration and team working Preferred • Experience of process mining and automated data analytics • Experience of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Cognitive, and Artificial Intelligence • Strong SQL and database programming experience gained through either SQL Server, MySQL, • Oracle and other relational databases • Lean six sigma qualification • Service delivery and service management experience for 4-5 years • Celonis or similar process mining experience Job Specific Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Power BI / Tableau data structure and report development • Ability to collaborate and work across multiple service lines with multi-functional finance and administrate content • Appetite to drive change, recommend solutions and an ability to learn at pace • This role requires an energetic, proactive individual who is passionate about relentlessly driving • improvement and who is committed to ‘Finding a Better Way’.
