Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope
Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Mountaint time (11:30 PM to 4:30 AM Manila Time) 20 hours per week
Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to hiring for real estate agents
Manage company social media channels and content calendar
Leverage CRM for recruiting activities and analytics
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential agent candidates through various channels
Manage candidate pipeline and conduct screening interviews
Design and share engaging job postings and other content to showcase our company culture and job opportunities
Develop engaging content (posts videos graphics) to build brand awareness
Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media accounts
Utilize CRM software to track recruiting activities and analytics
Requirements
Prior experience in real estate recruiting or sales
Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with content creation/design tools
Familiarity with CRM software like Constant Contact preferred
