This is a remote position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and assist in offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with endtoend recruitment
- Strong organisation administration and time management skills
- Experience in an administrative role dealing with confidential information
- Impeccable administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication
- Selfmotivated persuasive and passionate influencer who can successfully manage key stakeholder
- Initiative to find solutions and resolve problems
