- Utilize various talent sourcing ods to find and attract suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the client.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay informed about the industry trends to identify potential candidates.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology or any related field
- Handson working experience is required. Experience in outsourcing recruitment is an advantage.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal ss
- Can multitask and work independently
- Willing to be igned in West Avenue Quezon City
