This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in the Philippines to join our remote team. This role involves reviewing and updating support tickets documenting and tracking issues and ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Requirements include a highspeed internet connection and availability to work a consistent schedule including weekends.

- Review and update support tickets through PH/EM/CH.
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Provide detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
- Expedite the resolution of all customer requests to meet our standards for service excellence.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure unresolved issues are directed to higherlevel support or development teams when necessary.
- Navigate products using internal training documents and articles.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with company products and services to assist customers effectively.

- Experience in technical support is essential remote technical support is preferred.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills.
- CRM/Ticketing System experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
