Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack Development) to spearhead our software development initiatives. As a Technical Lead you will manage a team of developers oversee project lifecycles and ensure the delivery of scalable and highperformance applications. You will play a key role in defining technical strategies and driving innovation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers ensuring skill development and productivity.
- Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Technical Strategy:
- Define and implement technical architecture ensuring scalability performance and security.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve development processes and products.
Full Stack Development:
- Oversee endtoend development of web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication between crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing code reviews and debugging processes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in software development with 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Expertise:
- Frontend: Proficiency in React Angular or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong knowledge of Node.js Python or Java.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL MongoDB.
- DevOps: Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Others: Experience in API development microservices architecture and REST/GraphQL.
