Position: Technical Support Agent
Salary Range: USDper month (depending on qualifications and skills)
Working Schedule: Tuesday Thursday 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM CT Saturday Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT
About the Company:
A USbased company that accelerates Warehouse Operations through AIpowered visibility improving workplace safety labor productivity and shipment quality.
Responsibilities:
- Field incoming support requests
- Acknowledge and assign requests depending on the required support level
- Resolve basic support requests including access data entry data updates and initial investigations
- Password resets
- Explaining twofactor authentication
- Utilizing admin tools to make configuration changes
- Enter data into internal systems
- Review logs and identify issues
- Follow up on customer requests
- Support new customer deployments through QA validation data entry and data review
- Utilize internal tools to support internal and external users
Requirements:
- Experience working with a SaaS ticket tracking system like Zendesk Jira Front Hubspot or similar
- Experience with digital SaaS products
- GSuite experience
- Perfect English Grammar (written and verbal)
- Experience communicating with customers
- Ability to follow process instructions
- Attention to detail
Nice To Have:
- Experience with JSON formats
- Experience with databases (MySQL)
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python)
