Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Lead to join our team in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) driving the successful execution of IT projects and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT Project Manager with strong leadership skills extensive experience in managing largescale projects and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Leadership:
- Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) framework standards and best practices.
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure consistency quality and efficiency in project delivery.
Project Management:
- Lead endtoend delivery of IT projects ensuring ontime withinbudget and highquality outcomes.
- Define project scopes objectives and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans allocate resources and manage risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Facilitate project progress reviews status reporting and issue resolution.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers ensuring skill development and performance excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and accountability.
Process Optimization:
- Implement tools and methodologies to improve project tracking reporting and delivery.
- Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure efficient project execution.
Strategic Alignment:
- Align IT project portfolios with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable value and business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 810 years in IT project management with at least 35 years in a senior PMO leadership role.
Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 ITIL or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience managing largescale IT projects in areas such as digital transformation software development cloud migration ERP implementation or infrastructure upgrades.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA Trello Microsoft Project or similar platforms.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with budget management and resource planning.
