Job Title: Customer Support Agent
Location: PH
Working Hours & Time Zone: 8am3pm Eastern
Salary Range: $1000 $1200 monthly depending on experience
About the company: We are a dynamic real estate marketing company catering to realtors. We aim to help real estate professionals present their properties in the best light utilizing cuttingedge virtual staging techniques.
About the role: We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries via email live chat and phone. The ideal candidate will excel at building rapport solving problems and providing exceptional support while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Your ability to connect with customers and effectively manage communication between them and managers will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and managers ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email handling questions concerns or requests professionally and promptly.
• Manage approximately 15 live chat requests daily offering realtime solutions with a friendly and approachable tone.
• Answer an average of 5 phone calls per day addressing customer needs and providing helpful information.
Qualifications:
• Tools: Familiarity with Slack Email and Dialpad for calling is preferred but training will be provided if necessary.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are essential; an American accent is a plus.
• Personality: Must enjoy working with people have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to engage in small talk naturally.
• Customer Approach: Friendly approachable and able to strike a balance between professionalism and informality.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or a similar role.
