Job Description: Remote AI Agent Developer
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Agent Developer to join our team remotely working with a dynamic USbased nonprofit organization. This fulltime role is ideal for a professional located in the Philippines with a passion for leveraging AI technology to enhance nonprofit operations.
Salary package 1800USD
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Agent Development: Utilize existing AI platforms such as Agent.ai and OpenAI to design and develop customized AI agents.
- TaskSpecific Configuration: Configure AI agents to handle tasks unique to nonprofit organizations including donor communications FAQs and more.
- Tool Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI agents with existing nonprofit tools like CRMs email systems and other organizational software.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance before deploying the AI agent in a live environment.
- Training and Documentation: Provide userfriendly training sessions and clear documentation enabling nonprofit staff to effectively operate and manage the AI agent.
- Ongoing Troubleshooting and Refinement: Continuously monitor and improve AI agent functionality to meet evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in developing or configuring AI platforms such as Agent.ai OpenAI or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit workflows and the ability to adapt AI solutions to meet these needs.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools with software like CRMs and email systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and refine AI solutions.
- Effective communication skills for conducting training sessions and creating documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining strong collaboration with the USbased team.
