Job Description
Job Title: FrontEnd Web Designer & Developer
Location: PH
Working Hours: 9am 5pm Monday to Friday Eastern Time
Salary Range: $1000 $2500 monthly depending on experience
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled FrontEnd Web Designer & Developer to join our small dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building and enhancing websites optimizing user experiences and implementing innovative design solutions. Working closely with the CEO and the Creative team you’ll have a unique opportunity to directly impact our projects while developing leadership skills and advancing within the company.
We are looking for someone flexible ambitious and willing to learn.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Website Creation: Build and customize websites using various CMS platforms like WordPress Shopify and Webflow. Since we work with a variety of clients you will need to work with a variety of different systems.
- Design Enhancements: Tweak and implement userfriendly web designs that align with client goals and SEO strategies. Most of your work will revolve around tweaking and enhancing existing websites and webpages rather than building new ones from the ground up.
- Feature Implementation: Add and refine features on websites sometimes using custom code when necessary. For example small development tasks may be required such as building custom web calculators forms or
- SEO Optimization: Apply general technical SEO best practices.
Requirements:
- An eye for design: The ideal candidate is a mix of technical and creative. We are looking for someone who can take initiative on web design decisions and create general designs independently. You should be comfortable with clean userfriendly design and familiar with web design principles. In this role you will also get the opportunity to work with our Creative Director.
- Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress and Shopify are our toppriority but you should be willing and comfortable to learn other systems or conduct small tasks on other CMS.
- “I’ll figure it out” attitude: Creative problemsolving is a core skill that we are looking for. We are looking for a candidate with basic skills who is willing to expand learn and apply those skills to our variety of client projects.

- Ambition and interest in a leadership role is encouraged. We are expanding quickly and open to a candidate who would like to grow within our company and take on new responsibilities over time.
- Any deeper knowledge of SEO and/or technical SEO is appreciated but not required.
