Job Title: Remote PHP Backend Developer
Job Type: Fulltime 40 hours/ week flexible but must have daily 3 hours overlap with ET

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PHP Backend Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop robust scalable and secure backend systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and enhance backend systems using PHP 7 and frameworks such as Zend Framework or Laminas.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement APIs ensuring smooth data integration.

Write and consume XML & JSONbased APIs adhering to established standards and specifications.

Optimize database interactions and maintain database integrity using MySQL.

Follow and enhance existing coding patterns maintaining consistency and quality across the codebase.

Troubleshoot and debug issues while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in PHP 7 with extensive experience in backend development.

Strong experience with Zend Framework / Laminas (preferred).

Indepth knowledge of JSON & XML formats for API development and integration.

Proven ability to write and consume APIs with strong specificationwriting skills.

Solid experience with MySQL database design and optimization.

Demonstrated ability to follow existing coding styles and patterns.

Incredible attention to detail and ability to produce clean welldocumented code with 3 years of experience
