In this role youll be responsible for helping our internal staff and external client audiences understand the features of our proprietary Digital Marketing Platform for the Eye Care industry.
You will be updating and creating help documents for using our platform as well as crafting marketing content for publicizing the benefits of our software. This position requires a blend of technical writing and marketing expertise ensuring that our clients have clear and accurate information about new features while also keeping them excited and engaged. Youll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with EyeCarePros branding and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly update online helps documents to reflect new features and tools ensuring accuracy and technical clarity.
- Create newsletters and other marketing materials that highlight new features and tools for a broader audience.
- Develop and distribute announcements about new features balancing technical accuracy with userfriendly language.
- Write and edit content for emails newsletters and website updates focusing on both technical details and marketing appeal.
- Ensure that all communications are clear clientfocused and encourage the use of new features.
- Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all written communications.
- Deeply understand product features and translate them into clear nontechnical language for clients.
- Promote new features and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation technical writing and marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on technical accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to create and update help documents and other technical materials that are easy to understand.
- Experience communicating technical concepts in a clear clientfriendly manner.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with a marketing team.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Fulltime remote
- 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday to Friday
