Job Description
As an Admin Assistant / Receptionist you ll be the first point of contact for this prestigious spa s clientele. You ll manage a dynamic fastpaced environment juggling multiple responsibilities across two bustling locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend customer service excellence with administrative prowess all while working remotely. You ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations enhancing client experiences and contributing to the spa s continued success.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client messages promptly and professionally
- Manage and optimize appointment scheduling across multiple spa locations
- Handle booking systems efficiently ensuring maximum utilization of spa resources
- Follow up with clients to secure necessary information including payment details
- Perform essential clerical duties to support overall business operations
- Maintain a warm welcoming demeanor in all client interactions
- Adapt to and learn new software systems as needed
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Professional friendly and patient demeanor even in highpressure situations
- Comfort with technology and aptitude for learning new software systems quickly
- Ability to work parttime 20 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
