Utilizing Google Workspace tools and DocuSign you ll be at the heart of the company s operations ensuring smooth daytoday functioning while contributing to the development of robust financial and administrative systems. Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks using Google Workspace particularly Google Sheets and Drive
- Perform bookkeeping duties including data entry and maintenance of financial records
- ist with billing invoicing and basic accounting processes
- Prepare and manage legal templates using DocuSign
- Organize and maintain digital files ensuring easy access and retrieval
- Support the development of streamlined financial and administrative processes
- Provide general administrative support as needed adapting to the company s evolving needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative istance and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Google Workspace with strong ss in Google Sheets
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar esignature platforms
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational ss
- Strong written and verbal communication ss in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week with potential for increased hours
