LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES

Position : Operations and Admin Coordinator (Production)

Working Schedule : 9:30am to 6:30pm MF PST

Salary Range :USD monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

A dynamic production company and creative agency passionate about exploring popular culture through bold stylish storytelling. Their team of creatives specializes in development production and postproduction.

About the role:

We are looking for a detailfocused problemsolving candidate who has experience working in a fast paced environment and has a very strong attention to detail. They must be quick learners and have experience learning and executing operations and administrative tasks. They will work alongside the CEO Head of Production Producers and Head of PostProduction on a variety of changing tasks and projects. At our company tasks change often and we need a candidate who can learn the processes and preferences of the executive team to execute at a high level. They must have experience in the Microsoft Office Suite Slack Dropbox and a strong understanding of business systems. Below are sample duties but these may change:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all departments and executives with various administrative tasks
  • Oversee and handle email correspondence with other contractors vendors and clients
  • Help onboard freelance crew for new projects using our onboarding system
  • Onboarding freelance cast/crew with startwork and to our payroll platform
  • Setting up accounts with various production vendors
  • Tracking and logging invoices receipts and expenses
  • Assisting with location research using online film location websites
  • Assisting the CEO with a variety of personal administrative tasks
  • Experience scheduling inperson and Zoom meetings

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Experience in the following tools: Google Suite Microsoft Office Slack Dropbox Monday.com
