SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a vast knowledge of accounting practices and their implementation.

The Finance Manager should also have an understanding of strategy formulation audit processes financial reporting etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement financial strategies budgets and forecasts.

Analyze financial performance and variances providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Monitor financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements reports and analyses to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Oversee the monthend and yearend closing processes.

Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and growth initiatives.

Optimize working capital and implement effective cash management practices.

Cost Management:

Analyze costs and implement costsaving measures.

Oversee expense management and procurement processes to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Financial Controls and Compliance:

Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets

Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Provide training and support to enhance the teams skills and performance.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Provide financial insights and guidance on new projects investments and business opportunities.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; a Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA ACCA) is preferred.

A minimum of 5 7 years of progressive experience in finance management preferably within the IT distribution or related industry.

Strong knowledge of financial planning analysis and reporting.

Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g. ERP systems Microsoft Excel).

Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
