As a Business Development Manager at our HR and Agricultural Consulting firm you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base in both HR and agricultural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry leaders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation ss.
- Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and ytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Ability to place adverts on the entire Meta ecosystem - Excellent written and verbal communication ss, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation. - Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proactive and self-motivated team player with a pion for innovation and continuous - An strong understanding of HR or business would be an added advantage
