Role Overview:
As the Commercial Manager youll be at the forefront of shaping commercial success. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in driving sales growth maximizing profitability and ensuring the brands continued dominance in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans that align with our overarching business goals. Identify new market opportunities expand our reach and drive sales growth across all categories.
- Campaign Maestro: Orchestrate impactful commercial campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless and maximize results.
- Financial Guru: Oversee budgeting forecasting and pricing strategies to optimize profitability. Make datadriven decisions that support sustainable growth.
- Performance Champion: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our commercial activities. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to close performance gaps.
- Inventory Maestro: Partner with our supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management. Minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory to optimize costs.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial management role preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing profitability
- Strong understanding of sales marketing pricing and revenue management
- Excellent leadership and team management ss
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal ss
- ytical mindset with strong technical ss in Excel. Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus
