Job Description

Overview:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasing operations at Quattro Village. This role involves identifying and securing tenants, negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring high occupancy rates. The Leasing Manager will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that attract and retain tenants, contributing to the overall success and growth of Quattro Village.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue potential tenants that align with the goals of Quattro Village.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
- Create and negotiate lease agreements and contracts.

2. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the leasing market.
- Develop leasing strategies based on market analysis to attract target tenants.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Lease Negotiations and Agreements:
- Prepare and deliver compelling lease proposals to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Tenant Relations and Services:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address tenant needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement tenant engagement programs to enhance tenant satisfaction.

5. Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create marketing campaigns that attract tenants.
- Promote Quattro Village’s leasing opportunities through various marketing channels.
- Organize and participate in events to showcase leasing options to potential tenants.

6. Financial Management:
- Monitor and report on leasing performance, including occupancy rates and rental income.
- Develop and manage the leasing budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Analyze financial data to inform leasing strategies and decision-making.

7. Lease Administration and Documentation:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of lease documents and records.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of lease agreements and renewals.
- Implement and maintain effective lease administration systems.

8. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new tenants.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align leasing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and other stakeholders on leasing activities and outcomes.

9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of leasing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, including metrics and KPIs, and present findings to the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Adjust strategies and plans based on performance data and market feedback to optimize results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management, property management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing leasing operations and securing tenants.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, lease negotiations, and tenant relations.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
